My personal workout routine that I am currently following. Excluding cardio sessions.

Cardio for me now goes like this. This is a total for 7 days.

Week 1 - 60 Minutes 
Week 2 - 90 Minutes

​​​​​​​Week 4 - 120 Minutes
​​​​​​​Week 5 - 150 Minutes
​​​​​​​Week 6 - 150 Minutes
​​​​​​​Week 7 - 180 Minutes
​​​​​​​Week 8 - 240 Minutes
​​​​​​​Week 9 - 240 Minutes
​​​​​​​Week 10 - 240 Minutes


I use a variety of the spinning bikes, stairmasters and incline walking.
