My personal workout routine that I am currently following. Excluding cardio sessions.
Cardio for me now goes like this. This is a total for 7 days.
Week 1 - 60 Minutes
Week 2 - 90 Minutes
Week 3 - 120 Minutes
Week 4 - 120 Minutes
Week 5 - 150 Minutes
Week 6 - 150 Minutes
Week 7 - 180 Minutes
Week 8 - 240 Minutes
Week 9 - 240 Minutes
Week 10 - 240 Minutes
I use a variety of the spinning bikes, stairmasters and incline walking.
